The staff was super friendly here. They asked multiple times if we needed anything and gave us great refills to go. They had a great energy in the building and they have a fun patio outside to sit at and eat. Such consistent food is a solid plus no matter which Shake Shack you visit. Definitly also worth trying their seasonal and limited time menu items. Some great flavors hidden in those to enjoy!

There are many reasons why I love Shake Shack. First when you walk in you see the menu which I like because it’s more efficient and simple which I like. And when you get your order which mine was a burger and some nuggets and fries, it’s never undercooked I have been going here for 13 years and not once did I not like my burger so that's a plus, also the nuggets tasted really good and fresh, you can tell by their amazing taste, the fires were nice and simple nothing too fancy. That was my order and the reason why I keep coming back.

The customer service was amazing. My food came out quickly and exactly how I ordered. The food was well cooked and delicious. An employee, named Nick, even came up to ask how we were doing and see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

We stopped by here today to have some dinner since we always see how packed this restaurant is. There was a slight misunderstanding with our order but thanks to amazing manager of this location everything has resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s indeed mind blowingly delicious, shakes aren’t that super sweet and heavy comparing for instance the Culver’s ones. We will be coming back to eat their yummy burgers for sure, so far one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten.

It’s hard to be the quality of Shake Shack burgers. One can count on fresh patties and fresh ingredients just about every visit. Despite inevitable franchise vibe, it’s worth visiting over McDonald’s and Burger Kings of the world. This particular location in the outdoor mall is a fun place to take a break from shopping.

What i like about shake shack is the quality and consistency. Love their chicken sandwich and veggie burger. Tried the new parm truffle fries the sauce was unique and nice twist. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and felt natural not syrup taste!

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! Been here a few times and glad there is one nearby. Can do without the Shack Sauce. Recent visit today is for National Cheeseburger Day so have to spend it at one of the best burger chains. Came around 7pm and it was a bit busy. Service may be slow but they do make the burgers to order. They have kiosks near the registers but I'd rather order with a one of the cashier staff. Pictured here is a ShackBurger with Bacon as a Lettuce Wrap ( my go-to order), Double ShackBurger, and customized ShackBurger (well done) with Cherry Peppers (key ingredient!) and Sliced Onions.
